Our full season program runs for a TOTAL 35 WEEKS from September to June,

Class Offerings (Grades 1-12)
Our Recreational program offers dance classes for students (Grades 1-12). The program runs from September through June and ends with a performance in our spectacular year end show!
- REC Mini Level (6-8yrs) - Ballet, Jazz, Tap, HipHop
- REC Junior Level (9-11yrs) - Ballet, Jazz, Tap, HipHop, Lyrical
- REC Teen Level (12yrs+)) - Ballet, Jazz, Tap, HipHop, Lyrical
Cost Of Lessons (Per Student)
- Administrative fee: $50 per family per year (DUE at time of registration. Non-refundable, non-transferable) * Add HST
- 1 class per week: $610 per year ($61 per month * 10 equal payments from September 1 to June 1) * Add HST
- 2 classes per week: $1,220 per year ($122 per month * 10 equal payments from September 1 to June 1) * Add HST
- 3 classes per week: $1,670 per year ($167 per month * 10 equal payments from September 1 to June 1) * Add HST
- 4 classes per week: $1,930 per year ($193 per month * 10 equal payments from September 1 to June 1) * Add HST
- 5 classes per week: $2,160 per year ($216 per month * 10 equal payments from September 1 to June 1) * Add HST
REC FAMILY UNLIMITED Rate (Multiple Siblings/Multiple Classes: $3,150 per year ($315 per month * 10 equal payments from September 1 to June 1) * Add HST
Tuition payment schedule is EQUAL BILLING * Full season 35 week year tuition divided into 10 equal installments from September 1 to June 1.
Year End Recital
At every lesson, students learn dance technique and other curriculum. Eventually, they start to rehearse a choreographed dance routine that they will perform in full costume at our spectacular year end show. Our recitals are professionally produced and are the highlight of the season for family, relatives, friends and audience members.
Class Dress Code
- Ballet Girls - black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers.
- Jazz - black leotard (or black bootie shorts & black top), tan tights, tan jazz shoes.
- Tap - black leotard (or black bootie shorts & black top), tan tights, black tap shoes (lace up).
- HipHop - any dance/active wear (sweat pants, t-shirts...etc.), clean indoor gym shoes (NO outdoor shoes).
- Lyrical - black leotard (or black bootie shorts & black top), tan tights, tan jazz shoes.
- Boys Ballet/Jazz/Tap - black athletic shorts, white t-shirt, black slippers (for ballet with white ankle socks), black jazz shoes (for jazz), black tap shoes (lace up for tap), hiphop (any dance/active wear, clean indoor gym shoes).
- Acro - bare feet, form-fitting activewear.

ACRO - SHORT TERM SESSION PROGRAM
- Taught by an ADTA Certified Acro instructor (Acro Dance Teachers Association).
- Acro Program is a separate from regular dance program.
- Acro Session tuition is prepaid at the start of the program (NO refunds) - Not included in dance tuition pricing.
- Attire - Bare feet, form-fitting activewear
- NO recital.
TERM 1 (SEP-DEC) - 11 Week Session
Cost: $187 + HST (includes all 11 weeks)
MUSICAL THEATRE LABS
with Lucas Beaver
SING. ACT. MOVE. PERFORM. Musical Theatre Labs is a new specialty program for students interested in developing their skills in acting, movement, character and musical theatre performance. Led by Lucas Beaver, Founder & Director of West End Theatre Project, the program is open to SDA students AND the community.
AGES 9+ ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS WELCOME! No previous musical theatre or dance experience is necessary. Students under age 9 may be considered by Mr. Lucas on a case-by-case basis.
NO RECITAL. NO COMPETITION. JUST TRAINING. This non-recital, non-competition program is designed to give students the opportunity to explore, learn and develop their performance skills without the commitment of a year-end recital or competition.
SESSION 1 — BUILDING THE PERFORMER
September 22 – November 10 (Tuesday)
1-hour class each week (8 weeks)
Tuition: $179 + HST
The goal is to help students become more confident, versatile and well-rounded performers in a fun, supportive environment. Over eight weeks, students will explore:
- Acting for Musical Theatre
- Movement for Actors
- Character Development
- Stage Presence & Confidence
- Acting Through Song & Movement
- Singing, Acting & Dance
- Bringing Characters and Stories to Life
COMING NEXT — SESSION 2: AUDITION READY!
Beginning in the new year, Lucas will take those performance skills into the audition room.
Session 2 will focus on choosing the right audition material, musical theatre audition technique, cold reads, taking direction, callbacks, movement auditions, audition confidence and more.
Students can participate in Session 1 on its own or continue into Session 2 for the complete Musical Theatre Labs experience.
