PARENT & TOT GYMNASTICS (2-3 yrs)

JULY 9 to AUGUST 20, 2024

Focus on social skills, gross and fine motor skills, and bravery. This is a great way to bond and enjoy milestones with your little one. An adult will be required to participate with each child.

PRE-K GYMNASTICS (4-5 yrs)

JULY 9 to AUGUST 20, 2024

This class is a perfect introduction to the gymnastics world for children ages four to five. Kids will learn gross and fine motor skills, including safe landings, getting comfortable upside down, and building overall strength.

PRESCHOOL ADVANCED GYMNASTICS (3-4 yrs)

JULY 9 to AUGUST 20, 2024

This class is by invite only, intended for preschool age gymnasts who have shown they are ready for more rigorous training. This class focuses on building the proper shape and strength for potential future team gymnasts.

BEGINNER LEVEL GYMNASTICS (6-7 yrs)

JULY 10 to AUGUST 21, 2024

Beginner gymnastics will introduce school-age children to the basics and fundamentals of gymnastics. They will gain confidence in themselves, learn to work as a group, and develop listening skills.

Students will work on floor, vault, bars, and beam. They will work on level 1 skills as defined by USA Gymnastics. Skills on floor will include handstands, cartwheels, backwards rolls, forwards rolls, bridges, and kickovers. Skills on the bar will include pullovers, shaping, strength, and casts. Skills on beam will include walks, jumps, levers, and bravery. Vault skills will include stretch jumps on and off a springboard and handstand fall to hollow body hold.

BEGINNER LEVEL GYMNASTICS (8-10 yrs)

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL GYMNASTICS (6-7 yrs)

JULY 8 to AUGUST 19, 2024

Intermediate gymnastics is the secondary level of school-age gymnastics. Gymnasts must pass an evaluation to be placed into this class. They will gain strength, confidence, determination, and teamwork skills.

Students will work on floor, vault, bars, and beam. They will work on level 2 and 3 skills as defined by USA Gymnastics. Skills on floor will include back walkovers, front walkovers, handstand forward rolls, backward rolls to pushup, and round-offs. Skills on the bar will include back hip circles, shaping, swinging, strength, and squat-ons. Skills on beam will include jumps, turns, handstands, and cartwheel to handstand dismounts. Vault will focus on learning proper shaping and a handstand flatback vault onto a mat stack.

  • INTERMEDIATE (6-7 yrs) - Monday 4:30-6:00pm
  • $180 (total for all 6 weeks)

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL GYMNASTICS (8-10 yrs)

AERIAL SILKS (6 yrs +)

JULY 9 to AUGUST 20, 2024

This class is a great fit for anyone ages 6+ looking to learn beginner-level aerial silks. The instructor for this class is USAG, CPR, first aid, and SafeSport certified and has completed silks training through the Circus Arts Institute.

BOYS TUMBLING (5 yrs +)

JULY 12 to AUGUST 23, 2024

Intermediate gymnastics is the secondary level of school-age gymnastics. Gymnasts must pass an evaluation to be placed into this class. In this class, gymnasts will continue to learn skills equivalent to levels 2 and 3 in USA Gymnastics. They will gain strength, confidence, determination, and teamwork skills.

  • BOYS TUMBLING (5 yrs +) - Friday 4:30-5:15pm
  • $120 (total for all 6 weeks)

PRE-TEAM (5 yrs +)

JULY 12 to AUGUST 23, 2024

Pre-Team is a tryout based, 90 minute class/week in addition to a recreational gymnastics class, which will focus on building a solid foundation of basic skills and the mentality required of a competitive gymnast. Gymnasts will be divided into levels A, B, C, or D. A being the basic level, D being the more advanced. All gymnasts will learn a simple vault, bars, beam, and floor routine throughout the sessions and present it multiple fun meets throughout the session. The program is perfect for children who have found a love for gymnastics as a sport and wish to expand their skills in hopes of making it competitive one day. Strength and flexibility is a crucial part of this program.

  • PRE-TEAM - Friday 4:30-6:00pm
  • $300 (total for all 6 weeks - includes Intermediate REC class).

RECREATIONAL SUMMER CAMP (5-14 yrs)

3-DAY CAMP * JULY 1-3, 2024

A week filled with beginner and intermediate level dance and gymnastics skills. Each day will include gymnastics instruction, dance instruction (learning a short dance combo), a craft, and other fun activities.

  • 9:00am-1:00pm (each day)
  • Ages 5-14 yrs
  • NO experience necessary! Gymnastics, Dance, Arts, Crafts, Games
  • Fun, Non-Competitive Camp

AERIAL CLINIC (6 yrs +)

1-DAY CLINIC * JUNE 27, 2024

This class is for tumblers that have mastered beginning skills including cartwheels, Round offs, front and back walkovers and have good body control. This class will focus on drills to perfect or learn a side or front Aerial.

BACK TUMBLING CLINIC (6 yrs +)

1-DAY CLINIC * AUGUST 8, 2024

This clinic is meant for anyone interested in training all backward moving skills! Skills worked on include back walkovers, back handsprings, back tucks, and connected backward tumbling skills.
